Ingredients

Instructions

  1. 1

Combine the milk, semolina and 150 g of the sugar in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, and keep cooking for 5-6 minutes after it boils, until thick.

  2. 2

Take off the heat, add the butter and whisk for 2-3 minutes. Pour into a dish of about 20x20 cm, smooth the top and let cool for 20 minutes.

  3. 3

Stir the orange juice, remaining sugar and cornstarch together in a saucepan while cold until smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 5-6 minutes until it boils and becomes a glossy jelly.

  4. 4

Let the orange jelly cool for a few minutes, then pour it gently over the back of a spoon onto the semolina layer.

  5. 5

Once at room temperature, chill for at least 3 hours. Cut into squares and serve cold.
