Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line 8 holes of a muffin tin with paper cases.

Blend the oats for 30 seconds until they turn into flour.

Mash the banana with a fork in a bowl; whisk in the eggs, yogurt, milk and honey.

Add the oat flour, whey protein, baking powder and cinnamon and fold just until combined; stir in most of the chopped chocolate.

Divide the batter among the 8 cases, sprinkle the remaining chocolate on top and bake for 20-22 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

Leave in the tin for 5 minutes, then cool on a rack.
