
Refreshing homemade lemonade made with freshly squeezed lemon juice and fresh mint. Best served ice-cold on hot summer days.

Put a quarter of the water (200 g) and the sugar in a small saucepan and warm over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring, until the sugar has fully dissolved. Do not boil.

Take off the heat, add most of the mint leaves (keep a few for serving) and let the syrup steep for 10 minutes.

Strain out the mint and pour the syrup into a large pitcher; add the lemon juice and the remaining water and stir well.

Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour, then pour into glasses and serve with the reserved mint leaves.
