Soft cookies made from just ripe banana and oats, studded with walnuts and dark chocolate. No added sugar or oil; a vegan snack.
Ingredients
Instructions
- 1
Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 2
Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork until smooth.
- 3
Chop the walnuts and dark chocolate into small pieces and add them to the banana with the oats and cinnamon; mix well. Let stand 5 minutes so the oats absorb the moisture.
- 4
Scoop 10 tablespoon-sized mounds onto the tray and flatten them with wet hands to about 1 cm thick.
- 5
Bake for 14-16 minutes, until the bottoms and edges are lightly golden.
- 6
Leave on the tray for 5 minutes, then move to a wire rack; they firm up as they cool.
