Delete Your Account

Option 1: Through the App

1. Open the Bifit app
2. Navigate to Settings using one of these methods:
   • Tap the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right of the Discover screen
   • Or tap your profile photo in the top left to open the menu, then tap Settings
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
4. You will see a warning screen showing your name and email, along with a list of all data that will be permanently deleted:
   • All your workouts
   • All your programs
   • Your progress data
   • Your nutrition logs and calorie calculations
   • Your AI chat history
   • Your fitness goals
   • Your followers and following list
   • Your likes and comments
   • Your notifications
   • Your coaching data
   • Your photos and shares
5. If you have an active subscription, a warning will remind you to cancel it through Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings first
6. Type "DELETE" into the confirmation text field
7. Tap the "Permanently Delete My Account" button
8. A final confirmation popup will appear — tap "Yes, Delete" to proceed
9. A success message will confirm your account has been deleted
10. You will be redirected to the login screen

Option 2: Contact Us

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to support@bifit.app from the email address associated with your Bifit account. Please include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 7 business days.
